I accept payments through Paypal only.
Sorry, I do not accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks.

Is My Information Secure?

Paypal keeps your payment information secure. I never receive your credit card information.

Payment is deducted from your credit/debit card at the time of purchase.

I have the right to cancel and refuse any order.

Returns & Exchanges

(Return policy only applies to the products that I make and sell. It does not apply to any affiliate or sponsored products from any affiliate or Amazon website)

Please read the Returns & Exchanges, Cancellation policies closely.

I gladly accept returns,  exchanges, and cancellations (see below for details)
Contact me within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase. Once shipped it falls under the return policy. There will be a wait for USPS to deliver the product to you and shipping time back to me.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Ready-made items:

Buyer must notify me within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. We must BOTH agree to the return. Product must be unworn, unwashed and not damaged in any way.

Custom Items:

I have a NO RETURN policy on custom made items. These items are specially made for you and can not be returned.

Cancellation:

You have 2 days (48 hours) from the time of purchase to cancel the order for a full refund. If you need to cancel and the 2 days has expired please contact me for help. Once shipped it falls under the return policy and there will be postal delivery time to you and back to me to consider.

Shipping Cost:

Original shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded. Customer pays for the return shipping back to me.

Arrive Damaged From Shipping:

Please email for further details if the item arrives damaged from shipping.

Shipping policies

DOMESTIC:

Please read the shipping policies carefully.

I ship USPS First Class Mail (domestic only) on FRIDAYS. I’m homebound and do not drive. I use USPS Schedule Pick Up on Friday. If a holiday falls on a Friday then the package will ship the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

READY MADE orders ship on Friday unless ordered on Friday then it will ship the following Friday.
CUSTOM MADE items can take up to 3-4 weeks (Normal), 8-9 weeks (Dec orders) to complete before shipping depending on my level of orders and season, so please bear with me. It’s best to order in Oct/Nov for Christmas gifts. I do not work on custom orders during the month of December.

USPS Mail Delivery Times:

USPS Mail delivery times are usually within 5-10 business days after the item has been shipped. (5-10 days is directly off of the USPS website).

The USPS provides a great service at great prices but sometimes delays in shipping times can occur, sometimes even loss. If you happen to experience this let me know. I can not file a missing package claim until after 7 business days has expired. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MAIL, PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT DELIVERED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS, OR ANY OTHER MAILING MISTAKES ONCE THE ORDER ARE AT THE POST OFFICE.
