Cancer

Cancer category is about my journey through cancer I will share all the helpful things I found out for myself that people don’t tell you about.

After I was diagnosed I found I needed a shower chair. Up to that point, I had no idea they even existed. Now even though I survived cancer I still use it. I like being able to sit down in the shower and shave my legs or pumice my feet. It was getting hard to balance in the shower and do those things.

While in chemotherapy I was always dizzy when walking. I bought a walking stick to help keep me upright and not fall over. There is only so far I can walk before I have to sit down. I have a walker that have wheels and a seat for when I have to sit down. I use it for those long stores like Target or Costco.
