Food

This food category is about dehydrating, canning, freezing, and storing food. It also includes recipes for keto, paleo, low carb and diabetic foods. I include recipes for cooking for one and cooking for two.

Your at a time in your life where you are either starting out living in a dorm room or your first apartment. You may or may not have a roommate. You find yourself cooking for one, yourself. Or you may be divorced without any children at home. You still need to eat but a meal plan for 5 is a bit much. Or maybe your both retired. Cooking for two seems so bothersome. It’s not!

When I cook, I cook for two. I take my second meal and make a TV Dinner out of it for some other night. I place it in a 3 divided tray and freeze it for some other night I don’t want to cook. The best thing is I know what is in my food.
